Express Production: Team Clothing in 48 h or 24 h

At macherkleidung.de there are two express options: 48-hour delivery with a 25 % surcharge and 24-hour delivery with a 50 % surcharge – each from approval of the print design. The standard delivery time is 5 working days from approval. Express pays off for short-notice deadlines, but it should be planned, because the print design must be approved before production starts.
What does express mean at macherkleidung.de?
Express means that production is prioritised after the print design is approved. The standard delivery time of 5 working days is reduced to 48 hours (Express) or 24 hours (Express Premium) – each from the moment you give the written print approval. The capacity is there: macherkleidung.de produces up to 18,000 printed T-shirts in 24 hours. Express does not mean, however, that your design does not have to be checked beforehand – that always happens before the approval.
Surcharges and costs at a glance
The express surcharge is calculated on the total price of the order: 48-hour delivery costs 25 % more, 24-hour delivery 50 % more. These surcharges apply to the entire order value, not just individual items. The larger the quantity, the higher the express surcharge in absolute terms – for large quantities it can be worth planning in time and keeping to the standard lead time of 5 working days. For short-notice reorders of 10–25 items, on the other hand, express can work well.
When does express really make sense?
Express suits trade fairs, company parties, openings or other deadline-driven events where a short-notice need arises. If, for example, you realise five days before a trade fair that three new colleagues still have no team clothing, Express 24 h can be the solution. For regular annual needs or bulk orders for the whole season, you are better off planning with the standard lead time – that saves the surcharge and leaves more time for coordinating the design.
Express process: what to clarify in advance
For express to run smoothly, your print design (logo as a vector file or print-ready file) should already be available when you submit the enquiry. Sizes and quantities should also be settled, because no changes are possible after the approval. The earlier in the day you enquire, the sooner the design check can be completed and the approval given in time. A smart tactic: submit the enquiry in the morning so that the check and approval can still be completed the same day.

Does the express delivery time count from order or from approval?
The delivery time – whether standard or express – always starts from the written approval of the print design. Before the approval we check logo, stock and deadline. If you want to be fast, make sure the design is print-ready and sizes are already settled, so the approval can be given without further questions.
Is express available for all products?
In principle yes – express applies to all products in the range. Whether an express slot is available for your desired date is clarified during the personal review after your enquiry. For very large quantities or complex designs you should enquire early.
Can we mix express and standard in one order?
No, within one order a single delivery time applies. If you have different urgencies, we recommend splitting into two separate enquiries – one with express for the urgent items, one with standard for the rest.
