Beanies with Company Logo: How to Order Them Right

Beanies with a company logo are an excellent addition to team clothing for outdoor work in the cold season. The logo is printed or embroidered at the standard position on the front of the hat. There are two models: the standard beanie (Beechfield CB45) in over 70 colours and the premium beanie made of organic cotton (Beechfield CB45N) in seven colours.
Logo position and printing technique for beanies
On hats, the company logo is placed at the standard position on the front (cuff). Both embroidery and print are possible; embroidery is often the more popular choice for hats because of the material structure, as it works well with knitwear and is durable. For print, logos with clear areas are suitable; very small lettering is harder to realise on the knitted surface. The logo should be easy to read and match the size of the hat.
The beanie models in the range
The standard model is the Beechfield CB45 “Original Cuffed Beanie”, available in over 70 colours – from classic black and navy to striking fluorescent yellow for more visibility on the building site. The premium model is the Beechfield CB45N made of organic cotton in seven colours: Black, Bottle Green, Bright Royal, Burgundy, Classic Red, Graphite Grey and Oxford Navy. Both models have a cuff, which stabilises the logo position.
For which industries are beanies worth it as team clothing?
Beanies are the classic for teams that work outdoors: roofers, landscape gardeners, road builders, scaffolders and all other outdoor tradespeople wear them daily from autumn to spring. They are practical for delivery services and couriers in the cold, and likewise for outdoor hospitality stands. Service companies with indoor customer contact order beanies less often – caps are the more fitting accessory there. In fluorescent shades (CB45 standard) they are also suitable for building-site teams with increased visibility requirements – but they do not replace high-visibility clothing certified to EN ISO 20471.

Can we mix standard and organic beanies in one order?
Yes, that is possible. The total quantity of all items determines the tier. For the logo placement we make sure the design sits consistently on both models.
Does the logo on beanies wash out?
Embroidered logos generally hold up very well on beanies – embroidery does not wash out. Printed logos can fade with very frequent, hot washing. Follow the care label of the respective model for the right washing temperatures.
Are there minimum order quantities for beanies?
The minimum quantity for online guide prices is 10 pieces. If you combine beanies with other products such as T-shirts or hoodies, all items count together for the tier – this lowers the unit price of all ordered products.
