How Wineries work
In spring the work in the vineyard begins with pruning and tying up, in summer comes the intensive care of the vines. In autumn the grape harvest is due – often with seasonal workers and harvest helpers who need to be dressed uniformly and quickly. In autumn and winter, cellar management and tastings in the tasting room dominate. Direct sales, shipping and wine festivals bring the team into contact with customers and wine lovers all year round.
Tasting room & wine tastings
At wine tastings, cellar tours and consultations in the tasting room, the team represents the quality of the winery. A high-quality polo shirt with an embroidered logo suits the standard a winery has towards its guests.
Vineyard & harvest
In the vineyard and at the harvest, teams work in any weather – summer heat in September, rain showers in October. A sturdy jacket and cap with a logo keep the team uniform and protect against the elements.
Seasonal helpers & harvest team
Wineries hire many helpers at short notice for the harvest. T-shirts and hoodies with a logo can be ordered quickly in larger quantities and make external helpers part of the winery team, too.
Wine festivals & trade fairs
At winegrowers' festivals, wine fairs and in direct sales, the team presents the brand to a broad public. Jackets and polo shirts with a back print are the most effective garments here.

Colours and logo
Burgundy is the obvious colour for a winery – it suits the product world and signals quality and tradition. Navy and sand work for more modern, minimalist wineries and for seasonal helpers at the harvest.

The embroidered chest logo on the polo shirt is the first choice in the tasting room and for wine tasting service – it conveys pride in the craft and quality awareness. For harvest jackets and hoodies, a back print with the winery name, region and vintage or founding year is worthwhile. On caps, a logo print suits harvest time and wine festivals.

Frequently asked questions from Wineries
Can we order polo shirts for the tasting room and T-shirts for the harvest at the same time?
Yes. Different models and quantities are put together in one enquiry. The tiered prices apply to the total quantity – polo shirts for five regular staff and T-shirts for twenty harvest helpers are calculated together.
How quickly can we get clothing for harvest helpers hired at short notice?
The standard is 5 working days from print design approval. Express 48 h (+25 %) and 24 h (+50 %) can be booked for urgent needs. For the harvest we recommend placing the order 2–3 weeks before the harvest starts.
Can the winery's hoodies also be offered as merchandise?
The clothing is designed as team clothing. Whether you use it only internally or also pass it on to wine customers is up to you. For larger quantities the tiered discounts from 50 or 100 pieces are well worth it.
Is an embroidered logo on the polo shirt possible?
Yes. Embroidery is possible for polo shirts and highly recommended for the tasting room and wine tastings. An embroidered logo conveys the quality perception that a winery wants to build for its guests.
Can we use different designs for different winery events?
Yes. For a winegrowers' festival, a harvest event or a new wine line you can request a modified design. After your enquiry we clarify what is technically feasible for printing and how it is combined with the standard clothing.
