Workwear for painting and decorating companies with logo

Painters and decorators work with paint, primer, filler and solvents every day – clothing that visibly shows it is written off after a single day. At the same time, the painting crew represents the company directly at the customer's home or on site. Macherkleidung.de supplies uniform team clothing for painting and decorating companies that takes both into account: tougher fabrics with a classic company logo.

In short

At Macherkleidung.de, painting and decorating companies get T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, work trousers, caps and beanies with a logo – from 10 units, printing included, with no setup fees. A printed T-shirt for your team starts at €5.50 excl. VAT, delivered in 5 working days after design approval.

How painting and decorating companies work

The morning often begins with masking door frames, covering floors and mixing deep-penetration primer – first splashes on sleeves and trouser legs happen even then. When rolling a ceiling or painting a freshly filled wall, paint spray is hard to avoid. On the facade, weather, scaffold work and long-term contact with emulsion paints and silicone resin renders are added. In the afternoon the handover walk-through with the client often follows – the team should not look as if it had been pulled out of the paint bucket.

Resistance to paint and filler

Emulsion paint, acrylic paint and filler dry quickly onto fabrics. Mid-weight cotton-polyester blends are easier to pre-wash; pure cotton absorbs more but is more robust against rubbing.

Well-kept appearance with interior finishing customers

In an occupied old building or at a flat handover, the customer expects a reputable team. Uniform clothing with a logo creates the first positive impression, even if the fabric on the trousers already carries filler residue.

Outdoor work on the scaffold

Facade work on the scaffold means wind, rain and sun in rapid alternation. A windproof, water-repellent softshell jacket over the T-shirt is the sensible compromise for scaffold work.

Solvent tolerance in varnishing work

Solvent-based varnishes can dissolve or discolour synthetic fibres. Clothing made from blends with a high cotton content is more resistant here and can be washed at higher temperatures – please always follow the care label.

Colours and logo

White is a classic professional choice in the painting trade, on which coloured paint splashes stand out and which communicates the trade. Grey and anthracite are the more practical everyday choice, on which paint spray looks less dominant.

For painting company team clothing we recommend the logo on the chest, which is immediately visible during the customer conversation. The back print with the company name makes the team recognisable on the scaffold and in the home. On white clothing we recommend a coloured logo background so that the design does not disappear into the fabric – we clarify that during the design check.

Frequently asked questions from painting and decorating companies

Which colour do painting companies typically choose for their team clothing?

White is the classic painting-trade signal – it communicates the trade and makes coloured logos particularly visible. In everyday work, however, many painting companies prefer grey or anthracite, because paint splashes are less dominant there. Both are possible, and you can also combine two colour variants in one enquiry.

Can emulsion paint be washed out of the fabric?

That depends on how dry it is. Fresh emulsion paint can often still be dissolved with plenty of water before washing. Dried paint is usually permanently in the fabric. That is why we recommend planning for clothing that is replaced after a season – with tiered prices from 25 pieces that is economically feasible.

Can we also order clothing for the office and the master?

Yes – for the master and office staff we recommend premium polo shirts, which leave a high-quality impression on the customer with an embroidered logo. In one enquiry you can combine different models for different roles; the tier applies to the total quantity.

We also spray with the airless unit – is there clothing that can withstand that?

For airless spraying we generally recommend separate protective overalls as PPE, which are not part of our range. Our team clothing is designed for normal painting and rolling work and complements required respiratory and body protection equipment when spraying, but does not replace it.

How long does a reorder take for new employees?

5 working days from approval of the print design on the standard tariff. Since your design has already been checked after the first order, approval is usually quicker for reorders. For short-notice needs, 48-hour express is available for a surcharge.
