Plan backwards from the first day of the fair: standard shipping takes 5 working days after print approval. So allow for an approved design at least one working week before the fair starts. If you want to be on the safe side, give yourself two weeks. When time is really tight, Express 48 h (+25 %) or Express 24 h (+50 %) is available – here too, production only starts after your written approval.

You need an approved print design at least one working week before the fair starts, then standard (5 working days) is enough. Two weeks gives you more buffer. If time is short, Express 48 h or 24 h is available for a surcharge.
