The total quantity of all items determines the price tier. For very large crews of 100 people or more, an individual project quote is worthwhile.
Festivals can last several days and bring any weather. Plan a softshell jacket or a rain jacket into the crew package – especially for evening and night shifts when temperatures drop. The crew logo on the back also ensures recognisability on the jacket. Caps protect from the sun during the day.
Festival dates are known early, but the crew line-up is often only finalised shortly before. Do not wait for the final name list – estimate the total quantity, order a buffer and give sizes roughly. Plan the request at least 2 weeks before the festival starts. From print approval we produce in 5 working days standard. For very short-notice planning there is Express 48 hours (+25 %) or Express 24 hours (+50 %). Sizes do not have to be fixed at the quote stage – give them with the written approval.
Yes – several garment variants in different colours can be bundled in one request. The total quantity together determines the price tier.
That is up to you. Both are possible, also combined: festival name on top with CREW large underneath, or the other way round. You submit the print design for back and chest with your request.
Yes – rain jackets are part of our range and can be printed with chest and back design. A sensible addition for multi-day outdoor events.
From the start, order 10–20 % reserve in the most common sizes. A re-order is possible from 10 pieces, but again needs the standard production time of 5 working days.
