Team clothing for veterinary practices with your logo

In a veterinary practice, vets, veterinary nurses (TFAs) and reception staff meet pet owners and their patients every day – uniform clothing with the practice logo creates recognition and trust. Macherkleidung.de supplies printed team clothing for veterinary practices from 10 pieces with no setup costs.

In short

At Macherkleidung.de, veterinary practices get T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, work trousers, caps and beanies with a logo – from 10 units, printing included, with no setup fees. A printed T-shirt for your team starts at €5.50 excl. VAT, delivered in 5 working days after design approval.

How veterinary practices work

In the morning pet owners arrive at the practice with dogs, cats, rabbits and exotics – fur, animal hair and occasionally blood or other bodily fluids are part of the working day. Practice clothing must be machine-washable at 60 °C or as per the care label and stay true in shape and colour despite many washes. In the treatment room the vet and veterinary nurse often work closely together; out in the waiting room, reception staff calm excited pets and nervous owners – a uniform logo gives everyone involved orientation. On house calls or emergency jobs, clothing with a logo represents the practice outside its own four walls. Trainees and new veterinary nurses appear as part of the team from day one when they wear the same practice clothing.

Washability for practice operations

Animal hair, blood and disinfectants stress clothing every day. The clothing has to survive frequent washes at high temperatures (as per the care label) without colour or print suffering.

Freedom of movement during examinations

Kneeling next to the treatment table, restraining animals, preparing syringes – this requires stretchy seams and a cut that does not restrict movement. Tight or stiff materials are impractical in the treatment room.

Recognisability for pet owners

In the waiting room and reception area it should be clear at a glance who belongs to the practice. The practice logo on the chest or back provides quick orientation, especially when several people are on duty at once.

Professional appearance in client conversations

Pet owners often arrive upset – a neat, uniform appearance of the team has a calming and trust-inspiring effect. Cleanly printed clothing communicates professionalism from the moment of reception.

Colours and logo

Royal blue and navy have a long tradition in medical and veterinary contexts – they look professional and clean without being clinical white. Charcoal suits as a second colour for staff with frequent animal and dirt contact, where darker tones are more practical.

The practice logo – ideally with the practice name and a graphic element such as the practice mascot or an animal motif – is recommended embroidered on the chest, since embroidery is considerably more wash-resistant than print and survives daily 40 °C washes in the long term. On the back of jackets and sweatshirts, a printed practice name makes sense for house calls and outdoor appointments. For T-shirts that are changed often, print is the cheaper option.

Frequently asked questions from veterinary practices

Does the print survive frequent washes at high temperatures?

For practice clothing that is washed daily or several times a week, we recommend the chest logo embroidered – embroidery lasts considerably better than print with frequent washing. In general, the care label of the respective garment applies, which states the maximum washing temperature. For the back print, print is the usual method.

Can we label vets and veterinary nurses differently?

Yes, different texts or positions – e.g. “Veterinarian” vs. “Veterinary nurse (TFA)” as an addition below the practice logo – are possible. Tell us your requirements with your enquiry and we will check the implementation.

Are women's sizes available for the predominantly female practice team?

The online guide price uses unisex models. Through our catalogue with 58 further models, women's cuts are also available and calculated individually on request. Just mention with your enquiry that you need women's sizes.

How many T-shirts per person do you recommend for a veterinary practice?

We recommend at least two to three T-shirts per person, so that after a demanding day with animal contact a fresh shirt is ready for the next day. In the tier price the extra quantity makes little difference, and the clothing lasts longer as a result.

When should we place the order if we want to be ready for the practice opening?

Plan at least 2 weeks before the desired delivery date: time for the enquiry, design creation and approval plus 5 working days production time as standard. If the deadline is tight, there is express with 48 or 24 hours after approval.
