Can I also reorder clothing at short notice for seasonal temps?
Reorders are possible at any time. If the design and colour have already been approved, the standard delivery time of 5 working days from design approval applies again. The tiered prices are then calculated on the new order quantity – for small quantities the 10-piece tier applies.
What is the difference between an embroidered and a printed logo on the polo shirt?
Embroidered logos look more high-quality and hold up very well to intensive wash cycles in shift operations. Printed logos are cheaper and better suited to larger areas. For polo shirts at the counter we recommend embroidery on the chest; for back prints on jackets, print is the more sensible choice.
Do I need a vector logo to order?
A vector graphic (AI, EPS or PDF) gives the best print quality. If you only have a raster image (JPEG, PNG), we check with your enquiry whether the resolution is sufficient for the planned print area and help you further if necessary.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. The minimum quantity is 10 pieces – which is also the first price tier. Very small quantities under 10 pieces are not covered by the online guide price; in that case, write to us directly.
