The anniversary date is fixed – plan backwards from it. With standard delivery (5 working days after print approval), you need at least two weeks of lead time for agreeing the design and production. If you still have to collect sizes internally, submit three to four weeks ahead. Express 48 h (+25 %) or Express 24 h (+50 %) help if the date gets closer than expected.
